We handcraft doors from solid 50mm to 65mm thick seasoned African Mahogany, Mvule, and Teak, engineered with internal stabilizing cores to resist seasonal warping under Nairobi's alternating rainfall and sunshine. Frame jambs are custom milled to the exact thickness of your structural walls, eliminating ugly gaps and sloppy filler strips.
Hardware includes German FritsJurgens concealed 360-degree pivot hinges with hydraulic soft-close, multi-point mortise security locks, drop-down acoustic automatic door seals, and custom full-height architectural pull handles in brushed brass or matte blackened steel.

Precision Pre-Drill & High-Torque Screw Rig
We discard nails and soft slotted screws. Every structural joint in our fabrication is secured with calibrated brushless 18V drivers, carbide-tipped stepped pilot bits, and corrosion-resistant Torx architectural screws that eliminate squeaks, drift, and structural loosening.
