The console itself is cantilevered and floating, anchored to structural walls with heavy steel brackets capable of supporting heavy AV receivers and soundbars without bowing.
Behind the scenes, we install dedicated high-diameter PVC conduit chases inside the wall so HDMI, optical, and power cables route invisibly between wall-mounted screens and hidden console drawers with remote-transmitting IR repeater glass doors.

Precision Pre-Drill & High-Torque Screw Rig
We discard nails and soft slotted screws. Every structural joint in our fabrication is secured with calibrated brushless 18V drivers, carbide-tipped stepped pilot bits, and corrosion-resistant Torx architectural screws that eliminate squeaks, drift, and structural loosening.
